Mr. Todd M. Turner
U.S. Army Research Laboratory Liaison
Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army, Research and Technology

Mr. Todd Turner is the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Liaison to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology with the responsibility of representing the Army Research Laboratory's basic research and the applied research programs.

Prior to serving as the ARL Liaison, Mr. Turner served as an engineer in the Directed Energy Branch of the Sensors and Electron Devices. He has performed duties as a lead engineer and branch chief and has over 20 technical publications and holds one US patent.

Mr. Turner received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and his MS in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College.
